PETER MCATEER serves as Managing Director for SustainLearning LLC, a firm dedicated to developing more sustainable organizations.  Peter previously served as CEO of Corporate University Research, Managing Director for Harvard Business Publishing and Director of Learning & Knowledge Management Services for the United Nations Development Program. He has lived and worked in more than 40 countries.
Peter has served as adjunct faculty and guest speaker at several universities around the world including Columbia University's Graduate School of International and Public affairs (SIPA). He has published articles and commentary in Directors and Boards, the ASTD Journal, the Harvard Business Review, the European Business Forum and Reuters Business Insights.   His most recent books are Sustainability is the New Advantage, Leadership, Change and the Future of Business (published in 2019 and updated in 2021) from Anthem Press and Pathways to Action, How Keystone Organizations Can Lead the Fight for Climate Change to be published by Anthem Press in 2022.
